This white paper explores our collaboration with Capgemini to implement a centralized Power BI reporting ecosystem for a leading automotive client in the Middle East. Facing challenges with manual Excel-based reporting and fragmented KPI visibility, Capgemini partnered with DataToBiz to build a scalable, live analytics framework.

Together, we developed 20 interactive dashboards tracking accessory sales, dealer inventory, kit penetration, WIP, and retail performance, initially leveraging structured Excel sources and later integrating automated data refresh pipelines through AWS (S3, Glue, Athena). The result is a standardized, secure, and performance-optimized reporting system that replaces manual consolidation and enables faster, data-driven decision-making.
